hi. i just bought something from a guy using paypal and the seller didn't deliver what i've purchased. it's been 2 days now and he only replied to one of my many messages saying: i will later (when i told him to send it to me via email). that's over 24 hours ago and still nothing.

i made payment via paypal. how can i ask for my money back from paypal? using the Resolution Center? i never asked for my money back before.

    all answers are highly appreciated.

    regards,
    Radu

Well, raise the Dispute in the Resolution Center in Paypal. this will comply the seller to complete his side of his deal. From then on, only communicate via the resolution center.

You may or may not get your money back depending on whether there is existing funds in their account but at least it will give them a black mark.

Chargeback hurts both Paypal and the ratings of the one who initiate the chargeback. The one who scam you probably would not get hurt if he has already withdrawn the money.

This is not the way to go.

File a dispute with paypal for the amount of money you have sent to the seller
This is the only way to solve problem or you must say good bye to your money:(

    Open a dispute.

If you paid through Credit Card, wait for 2-3 more days and if still there isn't a response, proceed with a chargeback. If you didn't paid through CC, still open a dispute but don't expect it in your favour.
