Paypal Problem..limited access

My paypal acc got limited today..
its limited due to a third party access its asking for utility bill and i hav added a vcc to it..

wat do we hav to submit as utility bill..

You can submit your telephone bill as utility bill

 

Yup, electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill, tv bill or even internet access bill. Basically any utility bill which is in your name.

 

there is another problem phone , electricity and other bills are on the name of my father or mother...

they are not on my name

Don't worry paypal will send you email to withdraw your money after 180 days and you can use VMI to withdraw your paypal money

There is something called "Photoshop work".Use ur skills,if u cant then contact me.I know 1 guy who will get u fake bill.

 

Ouch! fake bills would definitely be wrong and it could get your account in worst shape than before.

To the OP, do you have any official letter from the government address to you in your address or a government Photo ID with your name and address ? If so, you can use one of those.

All they want to do is to determine that you are who you say you are.

If the Utility bills are in your parents name, it should be alright to send them that and then just attach perhaps your birth certificate which has your parents name on it to establish relationship.

 

You might have mobile phone bill in your name, I think you can use that.

 

He has no other option thats the reason i posted about fake bill.BTW fake bills works 99% of the time,I know 2 guys here who have submitted fake bills and their account was restored.

 

I went through that lately
it is time taking process but they do give your account full access in few days..

 

I have already seen this service in buy/sell section.His thread was closed immediately lol.

 

i too have exactly same problem as OP.. can I give them cover letter of Pan card?.. (with pan card attached)? it clearly states my name and address

BTW i have also asked paypal... waiting for their reply

I supposed you could use the PAN Card.

Third Party Access means not First Party Access meaning they suspect that someone else gain access to your account and using it and they want to be sure that is not that case and that you are for real. Usually this happens if the country does not match your IP address or something.

As long as you can provide evidences that you are who you say you are, you should land up into any problem.

 

even if they not gonna restore your account, you WILL get your money back for sure - it just might take some time

in my case, took me about 6 or 7 month

May I ask what a PAN card is? I realize we're not from the same country but I'm curious nonetheless.
