    I am selling an Adsense site that made $270 in one week. I don't want to sell, but I need money badly (moving and credit card bills), and I need the money fast.

    Site has amazing potential, as you can see with what I made in a week with very little promotion.

    **UPDATE**

    All promotion is through Adwords (I just started an Adcenter campaign).
    I will include all information on Adwords and Adsense with sale.

    Site is an affiliate site using Google referrals. Had the google referrals on the site since beginning.

    Spent $15 on Adwords.

    Not going to send the link until I know if people are actually interested, and have the money to spend.

    10X revenue would be $10,000 but I could part with it for a little less.

    iTrader of greater than 10 would be preferred and more than 100 posts.

    Can we see some traffic proof. Adsense proof.. Did you spend 500 bucks on adbrite to earn that much etc etc...

    How old is the domain? I don't want to be paying for a site that will immediately go into sandbox either...
