    1. Adsense arent for all blogs or sites. Sometimes it works for others, sometimes it dont. Thus, perhaps you can try publishing other network ads and see if there is any increase in clicks or earnings. (or type that is)

    2. Ads placement is very important. If you place your ads all at the bottom whereby no one can see it, what is the point? Read around the forums for tips on placement of ads or put a post in the review forum (adsense -> review ads placement i think) and see what the members got for you..

One of my sites gets around 500+ ad page views a day and sometime goes without a click. It all depends on the content and context of your site.

I have certain ad channels that generate one click in around 8k views. It's all about layout and context.

Maybe you should have tweak a little on the placement and layout. Mind leaving us the URLs of your blog so we can have a look?

How many uniques do you have? Pageviews does not equal more clicks. You can have 400 pageviews by 100 people who view 4 pages of your site each.

Also try placing a ad into your posts. I see just one small ad block in the right column.

You should also make sure those are real pageviews and not spam referrer hits. it depends on what stats software you're using and how it's configured.

and having one single tiny ad on the page is nowhere near enough if you're hoping to make money. you need more ads in better locations

You can not control clicks. In this case, it's call 0% of ctr. :D

experiment on ad placement. i only see one small ad on the sidebar. use wider ad format and blend it with your post ;)

First off, put your ads closer to the content (maybe even above the blog posts). Then remove the borders and anything that makes them stand out. People are more likely to click Adsense ads when they blend into the content and look more like regular links.

Second, where is your traffic coming from? Are you buying it or doing traffic exchanges or that sort of thing? General traffic won't convert. You need search engine traffic or PPC traffic--i.e. people who are specifically looking for information (and maybe even products) related to what you're blogging about. These folks are more likely to click ads and maybe even buy something from the merchant on the other side.
