Well, We are having good quality sites, and P4 Dual Core 3 is working great. We are not allowing adult site. I am not able to see a TOS at shoutserv. And I am not doing any bad thing to my master reselles like shoutserv do. Shoutserv is suspending or terminating their masters after 1 or 2 months.I know this. I heard a lot and also I know 2 of your clients(was your clients). They also told me that shoutserv suspended/terminated their accounts without any reason. Server processor is not the very important thing. The hosting service and customer service is the main thing. At least in my case.

I'm think they not down 72.232.91.98 is their test server 72.232.43.130 and 131 is work OK. If client transfer A record to 72.232.43.130 and 131 . Website work OK again
