My home page has been getting a lot of backlinks, but for some reason my blog is not(or atleast it is not showing any). I have been posting my blog in forums like this one and am wondering why it is not showing any backlinks. Can someone take a look. http://lukebouman.com/blog.cfm Thanks!

It takes time. Google manages 100's of millions sites. Sorry they can't make instant updates.

Just keep working on getting links to your blog. Google is so slow adding links and updates it takes time for them to show up.

You could try getting some backlinks from high authority sites. These tend to get added quicker. A site like digg is a good start.

Forums arent always the best because signatures and the like dont carry a lot of weight.

    Hope this helps

Its because Backlinkwatch uses Yahoo! Services.
And Iwebtool probably uses MSN Services. :)

Hmm...Try to search for a similar thread like this....This already been answered. By the way here is the reason why you don't see backlinks or it is not displaying whenever you use the link: on Google...

You may try submitting them to blog directories.
