They share different market. E-passporte is most used by companies, individuals that work in adult industry. PayPal doesn't accept payments for adult products/services.

Paypal is number one. Epassporte is very little known by the internet users.
Epass is good for gambling and other stuff like this.

If somebody ask you - how you would like to receive payments, via epassporte or paypal, I can recommend you use epassporte. Chances of loosing your money are much smaller in that case. Plus epass have lower comissions than paypal.

One advantage of Paypal is that it supports the Credit Card pass-through which means that if you buy anything through Paypal and you have a zero dollar balance, you can still make the purchase if you have a linked credit card.

EPassporte does not do that and you need to find a way to fund the card and it does not work in all circumstances. It does not work with Paypal. I have tried a few places and just got a rejected message with Epassporte. I got the card as a merchant of Regsoft and nowadays I basically just use the card as a ATM card.

With Paypal, you have a wider market pool and more people can pay you.

E-passporte's services depend largely on the country, you are residing or applying an account for. Please check, the service for your country.

Now, you should use paypal or E-passporte..
Almost everyone got paypal, but they are not always secure. check www.paypalsucks.com
E-pass is secure, their service is good.
There are many options like xoom, moneybookers, egold etc..

Sorry, have to disagree in this point. Epassporte is more secure then PP but less people use it unfortunately. It´s widely used for adult payment processing or gambling.

The support from both is miserable.

My first thought was; what is epassport?

So my answer would be PayPal, but they do need competition so I'll check out epass.

In this way, epassporte is much better for me since I can withdraw the money as soon as I receive it :)

i've never used epassporte but i would probably lean toward it simply because of Paypal chargebacks and frozen accounts

Epassporte sometimes froze accounts too, but of course not so often as PP does. They also have poor security... That's if speak about their bad sides.

But of course in freezeing other peoples money PP is absolute champion :)

Maybe I'm mistaken, but google checkout can be used only for processing credit cards at your site. No p2p transfers and other features that are used in PP & epass.

So this services can't be compared, because they are used for different things.

Yup, Google Checkout is pretty much like 2Checkout which is just a payment processor used to collect credit card payment and that's pretty much it.

If you want to compare google checkout and compare it against 2checkout.

Epassporte is great choice when you recieving p2p payments. No frozing accounts, low commission for withdraw, virtual visa card for internet payments.

I say Epassporte is the best! Is also accepted as a visa card. P@yapal sucks, p@ypal is just p@ypal, is child stuff, always freezing accounts or some other nonesense.
A new player is now in town ..Payoneer..debit Mastercard, is even beter! Service is great!
I use both Epassporte and Payoneer
