$100 A DAY - Easy WAY - Free Information FOR DP

This Method Can Make You $100 A DAY. It was an old method I also tried and tested and it works. Anywhere, here it is. MY friend once shared this trick with me and I thought I would pass it on. He also ran this in a popular blog once....

1) Pick a generalized niche that is fairly popular. Celebrities work well, cars, animals. Anything will do.

2) Make a list of 300 items in that niche. For instance if you pick music artists make a list of the top 300 most popular music artists.

3) Download at least 20 public use(noncopyrighted) pictures of each item in your list.

4) Download or buy a screensaver maker. Just make sure it is quick and easy to create the screensavers (saves you a lot of time) and comes with an exe output function that’ll easily install the screensavers on their computer without much dialog boxes or windows getting in thier way. and its only $25. Update: I use Screen Saver Builder. It’s $20 with fully functioning 21 day trial.

5) Create all your screensavers and put them up on a simple website. Give each screensaver its own page and download link. It also never hurts to SEO the site so it’ll do well in the search engines and make you even more money later on. Adsense also doesn’t hurt for a lil’ bit of extra cash.

6) Signup with Zangocash

7) Talk to your account manager and ask him to bundle Zango software with your screensavers. Send him all the installers along with a textfile containing all the short descriptions and a sample picture. They are usually happy to do this for you. If they aren’t get a new account manager.

8) Get yourself a copy of Promosoft software submitter(nonAff link). I think it costs $95 for a copy but trust me it’s well worth it.

9) Follow the instructions on Promosoft to create the PAD files(product description files used for software sites) and submit each screensaver to hundreds of software and screensaver directories.

There you go. You will get paid $0.45 for every person who installs your screensaver. Once the screensavers are submitted you will have no problem getting tons of people downloading them everyday. If you get about 250 downloads per day(easy with 300 screensavers) you will easily make about a $100/day!

 

Let me get this straight. Do I get paid by ZangoCash or Promosoft? The directions are kind of mixed up, so it's just a bit confusing.

$0.50 from 1-3000 installs. I've seen people push more than 3000 installs per month.

Haha, yeah this post was the most famous (and IMHO the most flawed and over-hyped) from BluehatSEO and it's completely flawed.

I too have worked through this tutorial and here's why its such a problem ...

1) Zango will not talk to you until you have a website online that you plan to use with them. It took me 2 months to create a screensavers site, only to be told on signing up that it could not be used and now needs to be completely re-written.

2) Zango have nearly-impossible criteria when determining what screensavers they'll accept. I created 300 of them myself, to be told that the technical specs were wrong. It took 4 months to find a solution to this. The tech. specs they demand cannot be satisfied with any existing screensaver creator - I had to contract a custom application for it.

3) Zango staff are useless, never giving their partners a big picture. Instead they tell you to do something, wait for you to do it and then remember they've forgotten an essential detail that they expect you to resolve yourself.

4) Unless you are savvy enough to handle their XML feeds you'll get no support from them at all. I've had programmers quit their work because Zango were unable to answer important programming questions about these feeds.

5) I believe Zango are running into problems (they seem to be getting sued / suing people all the time). Staff seem to get fired, nobody seems to know who's responsible for what and I get the impression that their business is run by school kids. Most support requests get bounced between 2 or 3 people who refuse to take responsibilty for them. My most recent example is that my representative vanished abruptly last week. I had no notification that he'd been fired but instead waited over a week for replies to emails i sent. On discovering I now had no representative I emailed a member of staff asking for a replacement and have had no reply yet.

In total I've spent over $1,000 on following this tutorial through 'properly'. I'm now on my 3rd representative, I've not received my last 2 payments payment yet. I advise caution for anybody who thinks this projects straightforward. It's taken a year and mysteriously I've not been paid for the last 2 months! The only reason I've continued is because I've invested so much already but theres a FAR easier way of working this ...

1) Apply to zango, if you don't have a website set up that you plan to use with them, I'd suggest finding a nice looking model site online that you don't have any connection with and tell them it's yours. Maybe this isn't good ethics but it's a way of at least getting your foot in the door if necessary.

2) Use their existing content rather than make your own and create a website containing what they already have.

I hope this helps. If I'd have known then what I know now I'd have stayed well away.

Either way, the big problem with this is morals. Zango == Spyware, so spreading this is spreading spyware to people. Not to mention it has undoubtedly been overused since Nov. 18, 2006.

This method is completely dead. Zangocash doesn't even want anymore screensavers, they've got flooded with tens of thousands of SS and they even know about the bluehatseo post. This thread should be deleted!

 

Yeah a pretty crap tutorial, I make more by :

a) creating a gallery on a simple template
b) then throwing in their provided content
c) use seekmo for porn
d) create a small menu and navigation
e) run a cheap ad' campaign

That's it, I did this a month ago and have left it run by itself since, still making .50cents to $3 a day, for doing nothing.
