You know, like welfare. Are you entitled to a certain amount of free traffic from Google?

Google should rank teh page based on which one is best, not on whether webmaster bribe other ppl. It should also no rank site that use teh link exchange n the one which build sites 4 user.

You are only entitled to free traffic from google if your site is good.

What are you talking about?? free traffic from google? even if your site not worth it? Why would ever google do that?

Google is strong cos he show the public the strongest sites on his top 10, not just any random 10 sites... and thats what ppl want to see when they search, the most strong and popular sites that match they keywords they searched for

This is dumb thinking from webmasters view!!!

Google is a search engine for the internetters who search and google tries to provide the most relevant en best websites.

I'm not sure. But that's the dominant view here, that Google has no right to delist sites that violate their guidelines. It's funny how no one actually believes that Google owes them traffic, even if everyone seems to believe Google owes them traffic.

sparxxx- that's the point. A foolish statement that can't be true, that's why I voted for it. (call it temporary insanity)

There's one SERPs page 1 for every query. I rank #1 for my own legal name. I suspect most of you do as well. It's entirely possible for every site to rank #1 on page 1 for some query: it just isn't very useful. Still, there are SEO firms who sell their client rankings as a measurable, but against obscure keywords that have something to do with the client's industry, but have no competition. It's a decent scam: "For $500, I'll rank your site on the first page of Google for 'kwejibo'."
