WTB Featured Links at a Discount in Paid Directories

If your directory meets the below criteria please PM me the best deal you can give me for 10 featured links. I need various categories including; entertainment, blogs, health, finance and webmaster.

-Must not be a dropped, expired or domain that was previously parked.
-Must have pages indexed in Google, Yahoo and MSN
-Yearly or permanent are fine but no shorter terms.
-Must be a paid directory.
-Must be allowed to add the links to top categories.
