Most sites below are available starting at $225 Some sites require a license for bans (build a niche store) those sites that require a bans license will be provided one.

some I'm firm on the price and others I'm open to offers on. either way i'm cutting back to focus on something large that will require way to much time.

phjohnso you do not have the rights to provide a BANS license for purchasers of your sites.

Each BANS site owner must purchase their own license as per our FAQs:

Other the BANS site, is that all other site start with $255 each? or just $255 for the whole lot? If you want $255 each to start with, I guess you need to provide some traffic and revenue information. I'm interested the wowgasline.com and some other, but no way I shall pay $255 each....unless you prove that the traffic/rev. worth that asking price.

Hey Kelvin - get a grip will you. I clearly state in the listing that I will supply a bans license with each website purchased so don't worry you'll get your money. I don't steal software. That means a purchased copy will go with each site sale. Peace

We set guidelines to be followed so that we control the way our software is distributed.

You do not have the rights to provide the licenses - they are our rules and they are for us to decide. The decision is not yours.

If you can't follow the simple guidelines do not use the software.

As I've already mentioned this to you once before I find it extremely irritating that I'm having to get involved and justify our own policies on a public forum.

 

Kelvin feels it's necessary to call a customer of his an idiot for buying legitimate copies of his software to meet licensing requirements when developing / selling a website.

Based on Kelvins remarks I am retracting my offer of selling any BANS related website and I'll be moving onto using something else from now on in my development efforts.

i'm sure kelvin is a nice guy but perhaps he is having a bad day.

I will make it a point from now on to let every other potential customer of bans to know how you treat a customer that buys your product and then buys a copy for each site that is sold. That should really boost sales for you.

If you cannot understand the bigger picture and our need as providers of a digital software product to have and enforce rules regarding distribution I do not know another word that I can use to describe you.

All I'm asking (and have asked previously via private message) is for you to follow our guidelines.

When I purchase a product of yours I will happily follow your guidelines which you will have the right to set as the creator of the product.
