Send them email asking same question for your xoom tracking number and they will give you some tpo number.

Yes, If they have provided a TPO reference number, then it may take some additional time even after you receive a transaction complete e-mail.

You need to take that TPO to number to your bank to get your funds credited in your account. Good Luck
it is not necessary to show TPO number to your bank, it will take 4-5 days after transaction complete status.
Thats not necessary. If you'll not getting funds in your account within next 3-4 days then you'll ask your bank for status of this transaction by giving them TPO number.
Hi, i've got the same problem and am really starting to worry, I initiated the transfer 10 days ago and got an email on the 17th from Xoom saying its been completed 5 days ago now!), the person in india has taken the TPO number to his branch yesterday but its still not been done, is it usual for the cheque processing to take more then 5 days after the bank has received it?, i sent quite a large amount of money hence am really worried Thank you for reading
Call xoom customer service through phone number given at their website and let them know of this issue (you need to give them details such as xoom tracking number etc.) as only they can give you proper reply for your querry. DON.
I already phoned them, they are useless, she says her computer says its been dispatched so theres nothing she can do. And thanks paygoldmoney
They took days and didn’t even start the transaction. I then canceled the transaction, and two days later they took the money out of my account. And the told me they were not able to stop the transaction and had to let it finish before they could refund my money, which would take 5 to 10 business days. Once canceled what did they then go ahead and take money out of my account? It sounds like a lot of crooked dealings going on. You do that with enough money through out the nation and keep money for 10 days, intrest free. Hum i wonder what they are really doing. Maybe getting intrest from an account with other peoples money?
