After how long should i expect a bump in ranking after being in the yahoo directory?

    Hi all,

    I just got approved in the yahoo directory after paying $299.00 like 4 days ago. How long will it take for my site to get bumped up a few pages If any? Anybody have any experience in this area? Please do share your experience.

    haha I paid i think $49 for the search submit basic, and i'd like to know too.. seems like a pretty worthless investment ATM.

    At least there are many method than yahoo directory.

    But Google mentions that one has to submit the site to the directories like yahoo directory.

    just keep getting quality links for your website, the yahoo directory is not enough, they dont even let you choose your exact anchor text, how much time depand on the difficulty of your niche, from my experience when i submit a website to my network of quality paid directories, it takes about 5 weeks to 2 months to see some important improvements in the rankings of my clients. but i have a lot of directories so thats not one link thats a lot of links with the exact anchor text and anchor text variations.
