Need a Progammer!

    I need someone to program a site for me.
    The layout is: http://www.omggross.com/sample.html
    What i need programmed:
    Comment system (Disable HTML)
    Random images displayed on refresh
    URL to be displayed in box above comments
    Ranking System
    Contact Form
    Top 10 Rated images
    BASIC admin panel to add images (or if this is not possible a folder to upload images to) + Ability to erase comments

    Side Note: You can use a pre-existing CMS or Codes!

    I took the job he posted for a near 50$ after reducing it from 100$ as I needed the money. Now he refuses to pay me, check is i-rating for full story. I'll be selling the full source sometime later.

    Script HARDLY works if you can call it a script, rushed right through it and wont even make any fixes. I told him i would pay him when he completes it.

    I will never work with this man again.
