I feel sorry for you, i have had a whole site copyed before in November 2005. That person is active on MSN, but he has been banned on NamePros for ripping off around 10-15 sites from different members. He is not even a member here, but his name is PeterStannard. I understand how annoying it is when someone copys your idea with a domain which is so similar to yours. There is nothing you can do, except hack his server and destroy the site and the backups. I wish you luck if you do decide to do this. ROb

haha the password i used on your site is rubbish anyway il give you access to my server i have backups downloaded like any normal person
I used a password guesser software to attempt to get into cPanel. On the 3rd day, just over 1million attempts, i got in, and i closed him down pernamently. Not only i destroy 1 site, i destroyed every site which he owned, and he didn't even realize until it was all gone. I deleted it, and the backups too. He got 0wn3d. Downloaded backups... within 1 week he was back to normal. Rob

Your idea is not copyright material, therefore, what he is doing is totally legit. Unethical, but legit. Just make sure your service is 10 folds better than the copycat's and you'll do fine
That's the point, I can't afford to make it better . After seeing this issue my coder slashed his price to do the upgrades in 1/2, and that was very kind but I can't afford that either .

Sorry, but that's a terrible idea. So you're saying that if people feel like having green or blue or yellow colors they come to mine, and if they like purple pink or red (eg) they go to yours? :/
