I get around 300 unique visitors daily I am promoting movie download products but cnversions are a lot less than what I should have ideally expected. I get around 1 or at the most 2 sales a day. I have spent a lot on time and money in setting up this website and 60% of traffic source is google. I would have imagined more sales. Can anyone spot a problem with products or suggest better poducts. Well I might have not put the products properly on the site. Today itself I added 100% guarantee banner and couple of more detailed pages.
Hello, free movies, music, games, tv shows etc download sites in clickbank do not convert well (according to my experience and understanding). Even if you make sales, refunds will be more! It is your choice to continue with such products or to promote some other products. All the Best
The url is www.movie-download-sites.com I sell only movie products. The banner on left for seduction guide was put day before yesterday and gets 25-30 clicks a day. Which leads me to think that people that are visiting might be more interested in adult nature of the products.
Well that is not true, I do not have more than 5% refund rate for any movie site which I think is good for any product that I sell on CB. I had a higher refund rate with one of the best sellers Satellite TV as compared to movie, music sites. I stopped promoting that product but now I am planning to start that again.
you should see all the people complaining about that butterfly download network site. I saw like 100 posts about it and every one of them was a complaint saying how they felt scammed.. I had a look at the product to see what the fuss was about and I completely understand how they would feel ripped off.
Got some good green in last couple of days from my movie downloading site and why not google had been quite helpful in putting me on first page well top 5 across their network for a new keyword "download full movie" The traffic went up from 300 to 600 in a flash
for one you can take off some of those advertisements and adsense .... you looking for clicks or sells? this may just be me .. but some of your images seem low-quality, this is a turn-off for some buyers just initial thoughts

Firstly, keep in mind that you picked one of the worst markets to enter. Movies and music are available to download for free all over the place. The majority of your prospects I expect are freebie hunters, looking for the free services. That being said, you should still be able to do better than you are now. 1) Change the colour scheme of your site. Take note of the colour schemes used by the major online retailers, such as Amazon, etc. Such colour schemes are conducive to stimulating comfort and trust. 2) Give your landing page a more enticing, benefit-packed headline. 3) Get rid of all the distracting material on the left and right of the screen. The first thing to grab your prospects' attention should be the headline and offers. 4) Get rid of the paragraphs at the top of the screen. 5) Pull your offers above the fold, to the top of the screen. People shouldn't have to scroll down to see them. Arrange the offers in a side-by-side manner, and compare their features. For example, you can compare pricing, ease of use, number of files, file types, guarantee durations, bonuses, etc. 6) Add screenshots of the offers. 7) Change the colour of your links to blue, the universally recognised link colour. The links are the most important aspects of the page. The only way I could find them was by hovering over the text. If no-one can even identify your links, you can't expect to secure many conversions. This is a major flaw of your site. 8) At the bottom of your page, you have links to different movie genres. Recommend different offers for each genre. Overall, focus on conveying benefits and keeping things simple. Your prospects shouldn't have to try to make sense of your site's content. I believe it is not a rite market that you are dealing with, movies and musics are free in the internet. You can get it downloaded everywhere. My suggestion is that you re choose your product, get something high demand rather than high paid per sale.

I visited your site and what I saw? - a bunch of banners, google adsense... all that stuff destructs your visitors and you need to get rid of it. Also, IMHO you should remove the cost of downloading movies and send the visitors to the vendor pages instead. Vendor pages will give enough "why" info justifying the cost my 2c.
By removing price will that not leave lots for my visitors to analyse on their own. Its also possible that I might loose good amount of traffic. What I can do is add different vendor's positives and minus.
Do you have an auto-responder? Set up a email capture form on your page with some free music/movies as rewards for signing up... Then do your follow up... I'm sure it'll increase your conversion and build a list of "ready-to-buy" customers at the same time...
Get aweber if you want to capture leads (www.aweber.com) - the best quality/features/price around IMHO.
I worked for 1shoppingcart.com for 5 years from 1999 - 2004 and can make my own lead capture form in less than 2 hours. I will later join 1shop at a discounted price to send mails. I have looked awebber very closely and NO doubt they are the best in the market. Thanks for update though.
