The "Real" stats are cumulative as MeetHere pointed out. So they just keep adding up and adding up, so even if there was only 1 person new every day, the stats would keep climbing.

Take a closer look. They show a LOT of drops!!!

 n00bies, they never know what they are talking about. The month is about half way through hince it has about a 50% drop. Only a n00bie would call that cumulative.

No it's not Jan but it's Dec that it started dropping. so it's not because of you. ;) put the blame on those who joined on Dec instead. :D

Well as far as I know dp is still active anough. I don't think such a site will die since there will always be people who wanna buy and sell stuff on the internet.

Yup, sometime less people mean a better quality. I hope those traffic that just decreased most are those scammers who just being banned. these days we got lots of bad people. time to get rid of them.

im working with a travel sites september to december always have low traffic, we are experiencing this kind of traffic every year.

may be it is the trends or it is just so many people now are unhappy with DP.

This is strange, but its natural for any site ( EVEN DP ) to lose traffic if they lose serp positions or something. Nothing is impossible in the internet world really.

    My 2 Cents

Many of us are on multiple forums. Maybe people are moving from one to another. It's always good to look at the competition to see what they're up to; maybe get some ideas and see areas to improve.

I think many related forums are suffering because of Google penalizing sites. Maybe it's taking the zest out of it for many people.
