Is it permitted in Google's TOS to have multiple adwords accounts? I see lots of people doing this. If I were to open a second account, would it be eligible to use a voucher? I have never used one before. The account I'm on is 3+ years old. thx
Multiple accounts are only allowed under a MCC - see http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=7725 for more details. Most people are probably NOT running multiple accounts though - many similar ads you see are probably run by affiliates.
Are you sure that's accurate? There are so many blog postings lately about account history, and people seem to simply be opening new accounts...
Multiple accounts, except under an MCC, are not allowed - read Google's TOS to verify this. If people are blogging about opening multiple accounts for any number of reasons, they've probably done something wrong & had their first account suspended. They're probably not the best people to listen to for advice.
you can only have one account per ip, per credit card, but if you have a way of passing this 2 hurdles sure you can get another account
