maybe the green you use for the titles could be reconsidered to stand out more. and your links - blue gets a bit lost in the darkness. otherwise it works well.

NO! if you will change your theme, there will be no effect on your content; whatever you have posted will be there! So go for the change without any fear as current one is not easily readable; prefer to use any one with light colors and preferably white back ground as it always improves readabilty
For a list of blogger themes, a simple search on google suffices. By example look at this page. I find your theme (as currently) quite attractive. Really, its looks very professional; though I'ld choose for myself a lighter theme for blogs of that kind. It's also puzzling me how you could have such a nice theme while your html has 658 html validation errors Your css was cleaner with just 2 errors, lol. But ok, I guess there's not much to change about that Though, the only thing which -in my opinion- really doesn't fits in your theme, is the ad just below 'I power blogger' in the right navbar. Also the recent readers block doesn't blend well with the dark theme of your site. Couldn't that be changed? The content is complete, compact and quite well written too. I regret that your site however didn't published any articles anymore lately. If you have an article like every 2-4 weeks, that's perfect: your site looks up-to-date; but now the last published article dates back from about 3 months ago. In a such variable world as IT, it's better to keep your site look up-to-date. Though I guess you had a valid reason why you couldn't publish any more, hehe. Your content is of a high quality though. I'm sure it will pay off well! The fact that you offer the opportunity to add articles as bookmarks to a bunch of well-known social bookmarkings will certainly bring your site a log of (free) website traffic too Generally, I could say: a high quality blog! That's indeed a possibility; even though I don't see it as being necessary: themes of this kind usually don't have a logo, and I currently don't miss it. Though, with a good logo, a visitor can identify him/herself more with the site. It could be easier to remember or recognize. Recognition can be a key to success in traffic world of course
