    I wouldn't order from kgrad ...he is not responding to pm's and keeps promising me that my site will be done but it hasn't been touched. It seems like a lot of people are in the same situation as me.

    As promised to you, you site has been deliveredon 22nd. You may not be aware, but in Kolkata India we have Puja vacation (18th to 21st) when all commercial activity is practically shut.

    Well, we have our own techniques. :)
    We use a combination of free and paid tools, which includes overture, adwords tool, wordtracker, keyworddiscovery etc. etc. ;):)
