the best way of getting spiders is to find a few baclinks, even if it's from these forums.

the sitemap is not really necessary for a small site. it's more suited to complex sites full of different layers, like ecommerce sites.

Is a signature in these forums a good backlink? As good as being in somebody's blogroll?

Depends on the person's website and blogroll. Some of the posts here you post in might never get PR, while someones blog is a PR5. Alternatively, the forums here might get crawled a lot more then someones blog, so I'd stick with both just to be sure :)

I had opened a subject about "half of my site crawled" then ı took advices and started to work.First I added new content.Impressive!!!% 90 of my site crawled by google in 2 days.By the way, I had created backlinks before.I have still been adding content every day and checking if google comes or not.yes it comes.

Edit:I always send sitemaps when i add content

Yes, especially if your site has a lot of pages. They help the search engine spiders locate your pages.

Signing-up and submitting sitemaps to Google webmasters will really help our sites get indexed. Are you guys using any software to create sitemaps? :)
