Gmail now offers 3GB of mail storage

    So, Gmail has jumped into the 3GB range, trailing in 3rd place so far in terms of storage behind Windows Live Hotmail (5GB) and Yahoo Mail (Unlimited Storage).

    I myself am only using 6% of 3GB storage in my Gmail account.

    3gb's is more than enough for my gmail account.

    3gb is also pretty less.

    This is what i am using.
    I have paid them $20 for 8 gb space

    3.8 GB (29%) of 12.9 GB

    I'd most of us would hardly use the 3 GB Space provide
    so who cares how much space they provide

    3G is pretty enough. After 3 years I'm at 15%. If you need more space to store some data you can create new google account in couple of minutes.

    I have over 224 owned Gmail accounts , which means 3*224 = 672 GB of free space but I rarely use them .Just created to verify craiglist accounts , thats all ..

    I don't need that much...

    They have large storage for our future in case we don't delete our e-mails ? lol

    I like being neat, and I don't like certain stuff left in my email accounts because it's soo easy for people to gain access to that info if you slip up just once

    so basically I delete all my emails as soon as I know I definitely don't need them
