    Script: phpLD v3.2

    Google PR: PR4

    Registered: 16 September 2006 at Godaddy.

    Expires: 16 September 2009.

    Traffic: 80 - 90 visitors a day.

    Revenue: Within just under two months of my ownership the site has made $82.60 through submissions for regular and featured listings.

    Revenue potential: Along with submissions continuing the new owner would have a clean slate for selling sitewide links as there are currently none that must remain.

    Extra info: The template I bought and requires no link back to the designer and I was given permission to include this in the sale.

    Payment: Via Paypal only, verified buyer.

    Aftersale: After payment I will push the name to your Godaddy account. The buyer is responsible for moving the site/files etc to their own hosting, I will leave the site on my server for one week to allow this to occur.

    Price: $700

    I will listen to offers via pm, but this is not an auction.

    I have the site listed in my signature at 3 forums. The site is listed in many other directories and has a listing at vilesilencer.

    I'm 99% sure it's not a dropped domain, though if there was evidence to the contrary then I would be interested to know, as I wouldn't know how to tell. Some of the top level categories have pr3's and I would assume if another update ever happens that more would gain pr in the future.

    I dont quite get what your trying to say.. as stated in my original post the name was registered september 2006 and has been a directory since. The domain has gone through pr updates. You can view the previous owners revenue stats here
