People like Harry Browne let the media present his party as the pot party. Many libertarians probably thought it would help with the younger demographic. Ron Paul is just telling people that he is for their being able to get the government off their backs. A lot of republicans are well aware that Bush and Clinton are not really very different. And many democrats who usually love big government have woken up to what happens when a republican (who is more of a big-government type than they ever thought of being) has power. Ron Paul is telling people that what they do in their own communities is, by and large, not a concern of the federal government, and neither is policing the planet. BTW, here's a new video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FG2P....com/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=63603&Disp=27
i saw him on PBS he actually answers the question. i hope his followers don't give up on him like Dean. we probably would have been better with Dean
