I was just checking webmaster tools and noticed that my site was last accessed on 9/11/07. Even the cache of my site is dated that date. How can i correct this?

    Thanks

    Hey there,

You might want to try resubmitting your sitemap to google.

I am not sure you can fix when your site is cached.

    Sincerely,
    Travis Walters

Try deleting the sitemap, wait one day and upload it again.
Try pinging your web site from a specialized blog pinging service.
Try getting 2-3 backlinks from other sites.
Try changing the crawl rate in Webmaster tools, wait 48 hours and change it back again.

I had the same problem with my site. I deleted the sitemap from google and removed it from robots.txt file as well.

Now google is accessing every 7 days.
