Blog Logo Contest - 4 Hours - $12 Prize!

    Hey all!

    Although I'm extremely happy with theme of my blog (which was designed by DP user: Blogsip) I think I need a more brandable logo at the top.

    Check out the blog here

    The size is 525 x 90, and I'm looking for something a bit more flashy, or web 2.0ish...I'm pretty much open to anything as long is it matches the rest of the theme.

    The only requirements for title and tagline are:

    "RyanShamus.Com" or "Ryan Shamus dot Com" for the title, and I need the tagline to say: "It's Where Internet Entrepreneurs Come To Play"

    Because I have a problem with patience, I'll limit the contest to 4 hours. Of course, if there is a knock out of a logo posted before the time limit, I reserve the right to declare a winner earlier.

    RovingCalypso - Thanks for your entry! I must say, that while I like your style, the current entry is not quite what I'm looking for. The basketball like sphere isn't fitting, as I'm not a basketball fan..hehe

    Anyway, it's definitely a good entry, but I'm still looking for "brand recognition". Of course, you're welcome to resubmit if you have time.

    Colors aren't quite matching, but close. Could you revise that if you're the winner?

    Oh my god! I can finally connect again! The 4 hour rule of this contest obviously got set aside due to the fact that I haven't been able to get on DP for the last 4 hours!

    Anyway, thank you everyone for your entries, very well done. The one that appealed most to my tastes was by eruct. Fantastic!

    NsaneNoob, you were close and on the right track, just not quite there for me. Never-the-less, I can tell you're a great designer. Maybe next time!

    No problem but the thing is that you asked for a logo. So I added text and logo. Next time, as you said.
