Alright guys, this site has been my pride and joy for the past 6 months.

It is still greatly underdeveloped, but has seen some great successes already.
The majority of the traffic is coming to www.carfront.com/news






The site was one of the first sites on the internet to cover the new Lamborghini Reventon, which generated huge amounts of traffic, one day over 8,000 unique came to the site. It is now currently ranking #2 on Yahoo for 'Lamborghini Reventon'

This site is FAR from being complete, I was planning on implementing a store as well with it. I can let the buyer know of a supplier I was going to use.
I was also going to have videos mined to be added to the site, but the person that I hired is a slacker and cannot follow through with the job.

As far as marketing I have quite a few good ways of getting new, news stories out to the public, and a sure fire way to get a one way PR5 link from a news authority site, which has helped immensely in getting pages ranked quickly for keywords. I also have a few more marketing techniques that I will be glad share with the buyer.

There is a lot of potential for this site for someone who can finish it.

How long ago did you establish the site? The domain is a year old but has no PR that seems a bit strange.

I like the site but your asking price seems a bit high for a site that has no PR yet and small amount of revenue so far. That's just my opinion, but just checking if you are accepting offers below the BIN?

Yes, I have had the domain for quite some time, but had not gotten the content on it until just a bit ago.

To be honest, I was not expecting such a huge traffic jump and was not prepared for it at all. I myself to not have Adsense, so I was using some trusted colleagues, let me get screen shots of the first person I used. If I remember right it made $20+ a day during the spikes. The screen shots I provided were adsense added after the majority of the traffic and come.

And then not to mention the money that I have spent getting things installed and working correctly.
