    work for non usa?

    I am not from US, but I used this link (https://adwords.google.com/select/main?cmd=Login&sourceid=Yh91503) to open my google adwords account at the end of august 2007 and manage to get $50 credit.
    It worked for me, You do not need to enter yahoo search marketng ID.
    WHat you need is a valid credit card, that's all.

    I wanted to open a new account and I'm not from the US. I would like to know too.

    Newbie question: Can I use vouchers that some are selling here anytime I want after I've registered my account?

    I am sure it worked for me one and half month ago, I used the link to sign up, follow all the steps to enter my details and credit card detail. Upon Completion sign up and Activating, I login to check my account, I found my $50 credit in My billing summary.

    And I double confirmed with the google adword support team, They informed me that there is no particular validity period for my promotional
    credit. I can use the amount till I exhaust it.
