Give the gift of Ron Paul this Halloween. Put a campaign sticker in the goodie bag along with that lollipop! It'll piss off the kiddies but maybe mom and dad will give some thought to the future of the US and vote for sanity in 2008. Treats, not Tricks, in 2008! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_positions_of_Ron_Paul Time to get Paul off the Internet and into the Mainstream!
Someones house is getting egged and I think it's going to be yours, grandpa. No really, it's Halloween FFS, let the kids have fun. RP supporters spam every forum and comment area on the web, now you're going to spam Halloween? Come on already.
I agree. I actually used to like the guy. But then I started to see and hear what his purpose was. The dems want to get him elected in the primaries, then jump ship back to the left for a solid win. I knew something was up. Democrats don't get that excited about a republican for no reason. Paul is the republicans Nader.
I think Paul simply stands for what the Republican party originally stood for.. less government. I'm not interested in "spamming" Halloween as I meant that tongue in cheek.. simply getting him some recognition off the Net (tho CNN was praising him the other day on cable). Ron will never get elected.. the mom and pops where I live would never vote for a guy that would allow the ravenous hordes of Allah to invade the glorious midwestern states and butcher and murder their children in their sleep (or so they think).. if they had their way, Bush would be Dictator For Life.
Misunderestimating Ron Paul's Support The media, neoconservatives and some Democrats just don't understand why Ron Paul's supporters are so excited, dedicated and diverse.
Oh, What do you really know about Dr. Ron Paul? Can you honestly claim to have learned about Dr. Paul by spending time reading what the brilliant man actually writes? (in his own words)
Ron Paul makes being a Republican a good thing once again.. I sincerely think he's the only chance we have of winning against the Dems in 2008.
Exactly, that is why I laugh when people say he is a libertarian hiding in the conservative ranks, or a liberal hiding in the conservative ranks. Today, conservatism is confused with militarism, big government, corporate welfare, authoritarianism and religious fanaticism. The Founders were Libertarians and conservatives. Does today's Republican party look like the party of Civic Virtue and opposition to corruption?
