8 Year Old PR 5 Directory For Sale - $250 per month

the site which I am selling is Journeyin.com

This is a bid for position directory which is an established 8 Year Old PR5 website and which has been earning me some good money for the last 40 days (the moment I decided to completely wipe out the previous website and begin this project)

The site has been fully optimized in terms of SEO and appears in the following SERPS:

#2 in Google for "cheap links"
#2 in Google for "buy cheap links"


Site shows in other terms aswell.

This is a very niche site and if you pay attention to the traffic stats you will see how well the site monetizes the traffic. I have not tried to advertised any PPC or anything like this.

This is because of the well optimized search engine rankings that bring very well converting traffic and because of the #1 link which the site has on another very well established similar directory. The link there is worth $240 and brings in lots of sales. It is from www.afpilot.com

Basically I decided to sell this site, because it has been an experiment for me which turned out to be successful. Right now I have 15 other sites and am on the verge of deciding whether or not to further invest in this site...in additional SEO, or to sell it, and invest the money in my other projects.

I personally believe for myself that I will profit more if I invest the money into another project that I have.

Revenue Details:
Site earned me exactly $375 for the last 45 days. The good thing is that bids get higher and higher. Now bids are around $24. They started from $1...and will continue to raise for good. This is a PR5 homepage link after all.

Revenue comes when people place their bids. They are automatically taken to paypal and once they confirm, their listing appears online and the money is in your pocket.

Traffic is incredibly lucrative here. You can see that from only 350 uniques, the site makes $225 dolars in pure profit. I narrowed down the SEO to only a couple of keywords.

Income is comming from the focused keywords which bring in little but very well converting traffic and from the #1 link on www.afpilot.com which is another very well positioned directory.

Site has no costs. The only cost would be keeping it on a shared hosting account because it needs very little resources.. (with only 300 or so visits per month).

Notice how the majority of the links are casino oriented. Its up to the new owner to decide whether or not he want to keep them. Basically casino owners spend most on such sites and it doesnt hurt the business.

Site has tremendous potential.

Traffic Details:
Traffic is 100% organic. I never advertised this site on any PPC or other networks. I am sure that with the proper marketing you will be making ten times more.

An Update: I have just received a bid on SP of $1000.
