    Sounds dodgy to me mate. PR 4 is not superb...although it really isn't (to me) a good indicator of site performance.

    wow. that's a really ugly site. but if it's getting 20k hits per day, then something must be working really well. why would you sell it? why not just give it a makeover??

    Hmm, this has made me think about things a bit more carefully.
    I have asked if i can have access to cpanel to see stats fully.
    What sort of into should i be looking out for to ensure its genuine?

    Sorry that site isn't worth much. First I really don't believe it earns $350 month but that's just me. Second the aspect is really poor. One loom at it and I thin of spam. I would buy it for low $xxx.xx...

    I think if it were me, and I started feeling like there might be something suspicious, I wouldn't bother. The site might rank way up there for the term "auction help", but do you know what the volume on those words together might be? Just from using the adwords keyword tool, it said september volume was low.

    Just look at the extreme stats link here on the site.
    It's the little blue planet on the bottom right of the website pages.
    Also available here as pointed out by a previous reply http://extremetracking.com/open;unique?login=raycake

    You can see it there already. Only a few hundred visits a day, and the keywords that get these traffic is 'scrolling text' lol.

    You may also want to validate the revenue stats.
    This site looks spammy and stats looks funny. May be better to take your money somewhere else.

    2000 -3000$ will be a fair price to buy it i believe.So if you buy it and give it a new look will be woth a lot more...the pr of this site is well spread.
