$30 if you can solve my php prpoblem

I need to have H1 tag keyword to show in the title tag in a recipe script.

Please answer only if you are sure that you can fix it. To many people tried, but could not make it so it means that you should be some kind of a php expert to take the offer, no php noobs please.

I've read the other thread. If you could send me the files which contain

<h1><?php echo $row_recipe["name"];?> - oppskrift</h1>

and

<title><?php echo $site_title; ?></title>

I cannot recommend him Indian_Webmaster anyway. He worked the problem thats for sure, but then I asked him where he changed it he demands $20 to tell me!!! I have never heard about anything like that here at DP before. I believe its called greed.
