    I have this domain:

    Bybassban.com that I was planning to start on my own but never had the time to. I already have a zelune proxy script installed along with this template and its psd: http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/6748/bypassbanes0.jpg
    ^ That is just a preview by the way, the actual coded template has space for links and advertising. Also, if you click on a certain button a new space on the template shows up that has links to modify your proxy request. Pretty cool.

    I would get a preview online but I don't have a proxy host =\

    I'll sell this for $35.00

    The domain actually had traffic before I bought it a few months ago by the way.
