which browser are u using..i've tested now in firefox just it's downloading get_video file to disk(your general download drive according to settings) and then when u open with vlc player it is playing....downloading youtube videos in IE 6 is having prob now...also check the same youtube link in http://www.downloadyoutubevideos.com IE6 giving some error...
