    I run this video site http://www.thefunnytv.com/ which has over 200k pages

    It currently has 200 pages indexed after 3 weeks. Does anyone have any tips to increase it?

    Avoid pages that maybe taken as duplicate content by Google and then get more deep links. Also look at your linking structure and see if most of your pages are 3rd tier or 4th tier from your link landing pages.
