    Hello

i have added a credit card to my moneybookers account and i wanted to verify it so they had debited it a small amount but the problem that the statement shows the money in Egyptian Pounds not in US dollars

so does anyone know how can i convert it from EP to US dollars?

the statement shows it has withdrawn 10.86 EP from my card so can someone convert it to an exact number US dollars$

    hope someone can help me

Edit: i have used an online calculator to calculate it in US dollars from this site

and it showed me 1.95 $ and when i tried to verify the credit card using this number they told me that this number is wrong :(

does anyone know howmany attempts left for me to verify the CC?

    Cheers
    Adel

Well, from my understanding, you can really just ignore the credit card verification and once you complete the Snail Mail verification, most of your limits would be lifted.

It would not be easy to calculate because price changes every second, hence tough to convert.

Just make a phone call to your credit card company, they have that ammount in USD, even if on your statement is in Egiptian EP.
Here in Romania is the same situation. I got the statement only in ROL but i called the bank and they were glad to help.

If its international credit card (it must be because they have charged it), there must must be the original amount in the currency they have charged somewhere in your statement. Dont use any currency converter to find the original amount, as the currencies fluctuate all the time.

Just call your bank customer service or the card issuer.

The fastest way to get verified is by snail mail. When your home address is verified, most limitations are lifted.

Yes, I used the mail verification and had no problems. All limitations are removed now. I'll think when I need to withdraw. :) About the convertion, you can use Google. Just type "10.86 Egyptian Pounds in USD".
