agnivo I just purchased a package however when i go to login to the DirectAdmin the page keeps timing out. I'm trying to figure out how to setup my new account, but this page timeout issue isn't helping.

Unfortunately our new server had a hard drive failure (yes, it can happen anytime). But the DC guys and myself worked the whole night (India time) to have a new HDD installed and server setup.

I tried everything I could do to minimize downtime...SERVER UP
For failed HDD's, OS reinstall, etc. over again usually requires a day...but I made it in a few hours.

I had account backups till 10th oct...they have been restored. If your files are missing or old, please reupload them.
