What hes saying is , he agreed to code a template for a client , after the client payed him , he had to go offline for a bit before he started the coding.

Why he was offline the client that hired him found somone to do it for him cheaper.

So now the client wonts his money refunded as he has found a codder to do it cheaper, but the client also opened a paypal despute on him.

Anyways all i can say is within the paypal despute hit the refund button and refund him it back , make a note to never work with him again and go on with life.

shame some people are idiots, in this game it pays to be professional, thats the whole process of the bidding , you choose the best, you cant go f**kin people around just because someone can do it cheaper, not right.

Thanks for the explanation, I understand much better now. Really pisses me of when people keep trying to find someone cheaper to do their work instead of quality. Plus money really takes over their manners. Cause hey, if you already paid someone to do the coded, and you found someone to do it $10 cheaper, then you shouldn't cancel the work with that coder you paid already, its just morally bad. I've been put in this situation a lot in my life, and I have never requested the worker to refund my money because I found someone cheaper, taking into account that many times I could have saved close to $100 if I did so, but instead I kept to my ethics.

@SKULL you have right in some % He didn't say that he found cheaper coder, he said that he found another coder. Only this.

    I refund him his money.

    .. but the point is.
    1. Why he didn't contact me that he found another coder?
    2. Why he wrote this bull***t to paypal?

He can wrote: "Hi, I found another coder and i don't need your service anymore. Please refund my money."

.. than I will say.. ok I only start codding.. so he want another coder ok. And go forward.

But he... wrote that I'm a scamer and that: "and then stole my $40"....

    So angry now!

And this guy that you dealt with is not patient at all. I always wait 48 hours before I proceed with any further action. It's as though these $40 is his last money.
