Yesterday a guy on this forum had started a thread regarding his eraning through Adsense. Short summary: His site had 98.000+ pageviews a month, and his total month eranings were below $50. As it appeared he only showed image-ads on his site. In the past I tried it as well, my CTR rise. Which was great, than I looked at the payout for the ads, which were very poor. In my case the ads paid +- 90% less than the text ads! Therefore I am not a big fan of image ads. Anyone got a good or bad experience with Google Image Ads? It would be nice to have an overview or something regarding this subject. I tried to insert a poll but I failed.. Therefore comments please..
In my personal experience, text link ads works well comparing to image ads, both in CTR and Earnings.. but I think it will vary depends upon the sites...
I never prefer image ads over text ads. They are the text ads that give us not only maximum clicks but also give us high amount of money per click
Image Ads sucks i have expirience they were getting me 0.5 $ for 15 clicks average when i switched to text ads i was getting 2 $ per 15 clicks wich means text ads are way better and all i did is change image ad to text ad on my site that was it
Yes, I am curious too..On what kind of site do you show your Image Ads? And how much do you gain from one click of an image ad?
I prefer Text Ads over Image Ads because Text Ads are better to Blending with content and does exceptionally well
