    Yes, I read that yesterday and its awesome facility, now we donot have to wait to get our paypal funds converted.
    And fees is reasonable too.

    No. Indian Debit Cards not accepted at Paypal so you can't transfer the money from the debit card to paypal. You have to use credit card for that.

    Get yourself verified through VCC and then transfer your funds to yourself using Xoom. You can get VCC easily between $4 to $10. Search for it under Buy,Sell or Trade section of this forum.

    Good news but I am not quite sure how many will use it in India, especially considering one can't transfer money to debit card.
