When you re-apply use a "blogger" account and refrain from using any instance of the old domain. Understand that if you do you can and will be "sniffed" out by "G's" hellacious algorithm. If you are really angry by this, just sit down and think of a new way to monetize without Google's garbage.
I wish people would stop saying how Google have banned them for no reason. Google will NOT ban any adsense account for "no reason". All you have to think is why? Why you they ban an account for no reason, if they are making money out of you? People need to look at the possibilities as to why their account has been disabled before complaining that they have been banned for "no reason".

My girl, she makes 1k a day from adsense. She got banned, she appealed, and she got her account back.
You can also just make a new account. They watch it closely though. Beyond that, use a friend's name/info. Say you'll pay them 5%. Recreate it. Hopefully, you don't have too much time invested in that domain though, because for the above approach to work properly, it shouldn't be the same domain. You might also want to switch to an alternative program from adsense, although most don't play nice if you're getting less than 500 clicks/day.
Try to get them to specifically detail the reason for their ban of your account. If they respond with that information then investigate your site stats & logs or whatever and fix the situation. Be wary of which countries you promote your site to. Stick to mainly Western countries if you use any PPC and stick to the major 3 PPC search engines (Google, Yahoo and MSN). But don't use Adwords to send traffic to pages with Adsense ads....thy've effectively stopped that practice back in June. Let is know how it goes & good luck. Google Adsense with only email contact can be like talking ot a brick wall. You can always open a new Adsense account under a new entity (personal or business) and continue your promotions. With the necessary modifications to avoid ban again, of course.
They said invalid clicks. She just wrote back with her view on this, without any proof or anything, and within 5 days, she got back her account. She has been with Google for over 2 years already, and has been making $500+ daily for over 1 year already.
Dude you don't need adsense to make money. Google is a middle man. How do you expect them to pay you more than direct sales? I was banned and reinstated. But during the ban period, I learned that direct ads pay me much more. Even my account is reinstated, I wouldn't it use on my sites especially the big ones. I suggest you download and install OpenAds, and sell ads directly to your audience.

oh man i hope they return my account back i have send them all the information i had but the problem is i don't have the log file for my web site because the server which my site was is damage right now and i have switched to another server
If there was a legit problem, and you get your account back, I would write a tiny PHP script that tests for the proxy "HTTP-VIA" header. If that exists, tell it not to display adsense. that should help to dodge invalid clicks.
