i cant comment on them. Maybe they ll send me a report email as well, therefore my "reply's reserved " Between if you wanna earn through Adbux, better not argue with em for d simple reason that they have a ban button with them and you dont, all the best mate, regards
To be honest dude I would ignore it to a point and if it starts getting to the point where they are thinking about lawyers just call it a day and retract your article. You don't want to have is loads of paper work and phone calls. Let it ride and move on.
Let them Sue u they cant do anything as u can see many such things against paypal and they are being taking place now also... u can express your greviance this is ur right... BTW nice work... u got into the first page of the "G"
my opinion although im not a lawyer is that if you cant prove what your saying is true then remove it. If its your opinion then leave it unless it says things that cant be proved 1 way or the other then i would either edit or remove. Thats the short version
I have access to an attorney who states that they must show specifically how they have been damaged. What are their damages? This can be difficult to prove. Go FREE SPEECH!
Business prudence says that if the article is worth more to you in terms of its economic value than the emotional cost of being under threat of a lawsuit (that has a weak legal basis) then keep it online. Otherwise better keep your hands as clean as you can and get rid of the article.
Mmmm can I join the party ? seriously .... I am always after new content for my blogs and articles - I will provide more links for your cause .... wonder if they'd sue me for writing an article on your/this issue ?
I would say that they probably have no intention of sueing you but are hoping that you'll cave to a quick threat by email.
if you really have to take it down, ask him to pay you a certain price to take it down.. at least you gain something from it ?
Awesome! Thanks for that info! Thanks, but I believe they would have to prove how it is slander, libel, and/or defamation. As the page they linked me to said, it's very hard for them to do this. Yeah, I actually removed the article because I thought most of my readers don't really know what Adbux is and having it on the front page would be pointless (I just happen to rank #1 for that on the SERPs). I set a htaccess redirect to go to http://www.mrgpt.com/questions/is-adbux-a-scam-netbux-make-money/ now though.
I found it interesting that they pointed out they have half a million members now, and have paid out only 180 thousand dollars. Quite a bit less than a dollar per member Maybe they should call themselves "adpennies"
