    Domain is about 1 month old and is registered for 2 years. Also included is an IPB license worth $149.

    Well i don't think it is. People charge $40 just for setting up a simple website, But this isnt even that much realy! and its ready to go.

    $40 for a simple website maybe, but installing a forum is really easy.

    Installing a forum, Setting it up, Coming up with unique forums as well as the unqiue group icons and payment system setup. Also not many people can do it. Having it transferd to your hosting for FREE. And unique graphics and banners
