What is the maximum no. of registered users allowed in a Wordpress blog?

    I read somewhere that the maximum no. of users allowed in the wordpress blog is 35? Is that so?

    Does the wordpress installed in my site using Fantastico also have such restrictions?

    restriction is with free blog host like wordpress.com but no restriction if u have wordpress installed on own host....
