Some spammers are following continuously spam techniques to get top rankings

Few days ago I found a site ulr is: http://www.hkdigitalonline.com/ that is using spam technique. Some points I noticed are:

    1. Too Long tile
    2. Tool Long Keywords
    3. Title and keywords are same
    4. Hidden characters on home page

I report it to google spam report center. But I think no action was taken by now.

Am I wrong that site is using spam techniques or google is ignore this request.

    Please suggest your views

    Thanks

They certainly are using spam techniques, for anyone doubting this just view their source. Their page title and keywords are 100's of words long each.

I've monitored a few sites doing the same thing for months, they are doing fine which doesn't look good for Google.

Eh Spam 'o' Rama MkII, i thought people stopped doing that in 2001.

It's not helping them much, i couldn't find them for the first 4 words of their title "Cable Glands Brass Cable" out of just 47,000 results.

That's too funny, thanks for posting that one.

it wont be removed from google, but its worthless, you dont have to turn in these people...lol its horrible ancient Seo techniques. That sht died. Seo is an evolving animal........ The next big change will be starting to elminate long url's in my opinion. im starting to see my optimzed front page pr0's beat pr4 subpages.

no it is not spam as long as its in the body text also. Most of the old spamming techniques will count against you.

Keywords in title are for great. Spamming is getting your Car site to show up in a
food site by adding extra NON relavant keywords..

Look at the view of the google. They focus on the person doing a search when deciding different factors, not us.................

We all hate it when we find non-relavant sites when we do a search.

Google works hard at making searchers happy.

So focus on a good title, description, kewords, and keyword density.

Better results when you focus on a 3 sets keywords per page.

Set a priority for each set of three, example title:

Dallas Auto Repair, Dallas Detailing, Dallas Auto Waxing

put them in the order of importance,

Start paragrahs with first words being "keywords"

Reports take time to get action.

But if the site doesn't get removed, no Internet user would patronize it for sure.

Spaming is bad for sure and SEs won't allow that. So don't worry. It will be taken out soon.
