You need to edit the footer.php file which you can find it from /your mambo or Joomla Installation Directory/Includes/footer.php
Open that file and the Coop ad code in the suitable place!
Hope this will help you man!

Are there any Joomla modules for Google Co-op? Anyone know of one or should I just place the search in two sections? A main page with an ad or 2, possibly some content and a large search bar? and then a page with just results from the script as well as a CPM rate ad/traffic exchange/whatever...Anyone interested in creating vertical search engines?

You can directly put into the template file, edit index.php template file.
Also many templates these days don't include the footer.php.

Put it in a suitable place.
probably in footer location, you might need to edit it properly.
It says failed opening ad_network_388.php, whats the permission you have done also have you created the file? ad_network_388.php and uploaded?

I have a non-joomla html page on my site that I used for a pr article, since the php code is in the joomla footer it doesn't show on that page. I never intended to show ads on that page anyway. But because that one little page doesn't show ads I got banned, what a joke.
