ALL the tools displayed on the first page are not free (except for Yahoo Keyword Ranking Tracker at SEO Chat, but it's for Yahoo! only). From what I see there, I personally use Rank Tracker - does exactly what you're asking for, plus costs half of the WebCEO's and/or WebPosition's price. One big problem with these keyword rank checker tool. if you have 20 page to check, you must click one by one for 20 clicks. it is better to do one click and you can take a break.maybe 15 minutes laters,you come to your computer and got a rank report. if you need to click 20 times, you must sit in front of your computers,till tool complete the checking.
That is why I think WebCEO could be great for you - reports creation may be scheduled. So you just click once and then get the report when you need it.
