    I think mostly anyone would say that they are face value, although you will have more luck with the first 2 since they are 4-letter .com's. The 3rd one is definitely face value - mobi's that aren't one word or compound-word product names are pretty useless.

    .com's - low $XX (might as well hold on to them for a year, then sell them when they're in higher demand)
