    Yes, you can't get $100 for a pr 4 directory specially with good name, old domains, and with earnings.

    You can buy $50 - $100 for a .info domain directory with pr 0-2

    Directory owners who have site that have PR 3 or higher are hesitant to sell their directories because PR was not updated for 6 months already I guess.

    A directory from PR3+ with let's say Alexa under 200K, at least 1 year old and with some revenue will worth over $2000
    When deciding to buy a directory be aware of the people who get a dropped domain with some PR for 50 bucks, throw a free script and pretend to sell an established site with high PR. These are scamers and unfortunately I've seen quite a lot of them on DP.
    Make sure you check the domain and the backlinks before you buy
