To rank for the phrase "Keyword1+Keyword2", eg "atlanta hotel", which domain is better..?

    1) atlantahotel.com
    2) atlanta-hotel.com
    or
    3) atlantaANDhotel.com

Please let me know which one is better ?
Let tell me which one is better and please explain why..
Everything else remaining the same, like on page optimisation, IBLs etc etc....
Please give your reasoning why either of the three is better than the rest.

I am getting all the options for the Niche I am targetting.. or would you rather I register all and point to one of these?? I want to point to better URL amongst the three, if I were to do that.

i would choose number one....but only because it is easier to remember, looks less spammy and easier for the user to type in. In terms of SEO, I don't think there is a major difference in the choices you put.

Forget about looking spammy. I am not targetting people who can spot a SPAM URL from a hotdog (whatever it means) What I want to rank.... Which one will be easier to rank... I am registering about 50 such domains :) on a particular niche, so I want to be sure

#2 of course. Google can't distinguish individual words unless there is a hyphen between them.

This is the kind of explaining I am looking for.. Do you have proof by the way??? I mean can you explain further.. I also think this way, but if you can show me some proof... because I also like to think that even though google cannot distinguish between 'keyword' and 'Z' in keywordz.com, I have a feeling they might be able to distinguish between "keyword" and "site" in "keywordsite.com"?? the two being two meaningful words..

For all who opted 1, please explain

    Hey there,

I do notice one thing about google.

Type "holland michigan real estate" and look at the carinirealtors URL.

It is about the fourth or fifth one down. The word "real" is highlighted.

I think google is able catch keywords if everything is togather.

Programmatically, it is very easy to do.

    Sincerely,
    Travis Walters

Thanks.. I have a seen such instances too..

    http://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=computer+kids&meta=

Look at the third ranked site...

I want to whether computer-lab-kids.com would have ranked higher.. I am going with the first one..

And I won't 301 redirect from a site that won't even get a type in traffic.. i'd just put up a quick blog, point some directory links, and give IBLs to the main site :)

    1st option.
And yes, google can distinguish separate words even without a hyphen.
